Dispatch No. 3111/TCT-CS on 30th September, 2012 on environmental protection policy for mining
The cases of non-payment of environmental protection charges for mineral exploitation include: Organizations and individuals mining as a common building material in the area of land under the land use rights of households, individuals for the construction of buildings for households and individuals in the area; organizations and individuals exploit land to level and build security and military works .
Organizations and individuals, that exploit the land and use the site on land allocated or leased in cases other than those mentioned above, must pay fees for environmental protection for mining according to the current regulation.
